Costs

Our monthly charge is an all inclusive charge it includes all time spent resolving issues with your systems both onsite and remotely on the telephone or using remote access tools. There are only 2 occasions when your monthly invoice will change:

• Charges for on-site work to install new hardware or software not associated with a fault
• If the number of computers and or servers has increased over the previous quarter.

Charging Example:

  1. We take the total number of computers (not users) and multiple this by the monthly computer charge
  2. We take the total number of servers and multiple this by the monthly server charge
  3. Therefore the total monthly cost to support this network would be £400.00 per month

Full system audit and configuration documentation

An in-depth comprehensive audit of your IT Systems is carried out. This includes, hardware, software, security and processes, from this a detailed configuration document will be produced. This document is regularly updated to ensure all changes to your system are recorded.

Proactive System Monitoring

We monitor the critical parts of your system e.g. servers, network components, not only for failure but also the status of the hardware and software. More...

Active management of your systems

Using remote access to your systems we will carry out all the day to day tasks to ensure that your systems are running at optimum and ensure that all the latest software patches and security fixes are installed.

Remote and On-site Support

We try to resolve all problems over the telephone and using remote control of the affected computer. However there will be times when a problem cannot be resolved over the phone and an engineer will be required to attend site. All engineer onsite visits are included in your monthly support plan. There are no additional charges.

We can also provide, for an additional fee dedicated support personnel to be based permanently on–site.
