Support On Demand can also be used by companies with in-house IT expertise but who need to compliment their IT Department at certain times. Typically this will be during the roll out of new software or hardware or to cover holiday periods. Support On Demand can be brought as a Call Bank of IT hours.

The Call Bank Advantage:

• 20% saving on Support On Demand hourly charge
• Time is deducted at 15min intervals
• Hours valid for 18 months from date of purchase

The only requirement is that the initial purchase must be 10 hours.
